You can now.  This doesn't cost any money to start and your earnings are up to how much you are on the internet and how many people you can get to sign up with you. GotoWorld has a special browser that you download that has an AD banner on it that pays you money while you are surfing.  How Much You Ask?  As much as you want.  The more people you refer the more money you make.  The browser is just Internet Explorer 4.01 that looks a lot different.  I think it personally looks cool.  You can even use Netscape or AOL while using this also.  I use Netscape while using it to surf the web.  The new updates allows you to just see the ad-banner and use another program to surf the web.  You could be playing your favorite game or working on a paper and get paid for it.  All you have to do is go to the website below and sign up.  Then you have to download the browser and run it.  You start making money as soon as you start using the browser. You don't have to wait anytime like the other companys.  It's running  right now. 

These three don't require the download of a browser.  The have a veiwbar that you download that runs along with everything else.  It shows the ads and stays on top of everything.  Right now Alladvantage has their veiwbar out, but only to a few members.  Epipo and UtopiaAd doesn't have theirs out yet, but it's coming out soon.  UtopiaAd pays $2/hr, but not as much for referrals.  Sign up for all and make as much money as you can.  It's all totally free.

This place will actually pay you to read emails.  They have people that want to advertise and send mail directly to you.  They pay you $.20-$2.50 for each email.  Plus you get 5% of the money anyone else earns if you refer them.
